Well don’t worry, Chichester Fringe has a pick-n-mix of fringe shows… you may even get a sneak preview of a comedian's brand new stand up show. After an overwhelming response of applications, this year’s fringe is packed with performances running from Thursday 1st until Sunday 18th of June 2023.

Theatre, Music, Comedy, Dance & Poetry - all on your doorstep

This year’s programme includes:

  • Stand-up shows at Chichester Canal Cafe from Phil Green’s Millennial Bug (13 June), Lulu Popplewell’s ‘Actually, Actually’ (16 June), Matt Hutchinson (16 June) and Charlotte Cropper’s Good girl gone rad (13 June) as well as the return of Comedy on the Canal after a sell-out show during last year’s fringe.

  • The Novium Museum makes its debut is a first timer at Chichester Fringe, hosting the free event Ovid with Reverb (2 June) during Roman Week. A poetry and sound project will perform, recite, update, distort, interpret and generally play with poems by the great Roman poet Ovid in translation by the great English poets John Dryden and Christopher Marlowe.

  • Graylingwell Chapel will play host to a series of fringe shows between Friday 16th and Sunday 18th, including free performances on Saturday 17th from Simon & Enfys Horner, Indie band Electrical Fault, The Rosemary Bell Academy of Dance, Figure 23 Dance, the musical show team from TADDA as well as the new children’s show The Mousehole Cat (adapted from the book of the same name).
