Complaints
Chichester Fringe is a Community Interest Company and our sole focus is supporting the local arts scene in Chichester.
We really hope you'll never feel like we've not met your expectations in any way, but if you would like to submit a complaint to the team of directors, you can do so as follows:

Please make sure you put "COMPLAINT" in the subject heading so we can get back to you promptly.

Please be as detailed as you can as to why you feel you need to complain, leaving your name so we can respond to you. Please note, we will not be able to offer complaint responses over the phone.

We aim to reply to all complaints via email within 5-7 days of first receiving it, though please be aware we are a volunteer run organisation and there may be a delay.
We will endeavour to respond to your complaint in full and offer an explanation and resolution where we can.
